This would probably raise a wry smile from Berry Gordy such is the track's mastery of the art of black pop music. The highlight from Nelly's predictably disappointing second album, 'Nellyville', 'Dilemma' offers Kelly Rowland a chance to shine away from the blinding light that is Beyonce.
Get past Kelly's sycophantic tendency to name-check Nelly throughout and this is hard to resist. She does just fine sparring with the St Louis rapper (who sounds much more bearable at this tempo) on a slow jam that recalls countless 80s tunes, from Prince to Cameo. And you don't need a mullet to appreciate that.
